How do I withdraw my earnings?
Earnings are paid out automatically every two weeks when your wallet balance is $100 or more, sent to the bank or PayPal information you saved in your profile. Anything below $100 stays in your wallet and rolls over to the next cycle.
Can I edit a campaign after publishing?
Yes, but only if no creators have been hired yet. If you have hired creators, you'll need to contact support to make significant changes to the campaign brief.
What happens if a creator doesn't deliver on time?
If the 5-day delivery deadline is missed, the business can either extend the deadline or replace the creator. Replaced creators forfeit the campaign payout but keep any product they received and any product-purchase reimbursement already paid. The creator gets a black point on their record and the business won't continue with that creator on this campaign — they're free to hire someone else.
How is the platform fee calculated?
Business charge, creator payout, and Purple Cow gross margin come from the approved catalog row, add-ons, package source, and frozen checkout or hire snapshot. Processor fees are tracked separately for admin finance.
How do I become a verified creator?
Complete your profile, upload at least 3 portfolio items, and pass our quality review. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours.
What content formats are supported?
We support short-form videos (15-60s), long-form videos (1-10 min), product photos, and written reviews. File formats: MP4, MOV, JPG, PNG.
